What are we looking for:

 

Monocle is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. The candidate would take on a lead role in executing, tracking and optimising our global marketing campaigns across our marketing mix. We are looking for someone with the management experience to be able to autonomously lead multiple projects across a variety of business needs and successfully deliver work for a range of internal stakeholders.

 

As a Marketing Manager, you should have a passion for building brands, strong attention to detail, a broad range of marketing expertise and capable project management abilities. The successful candidate must have the following requirements:

 

 

• Holds a relevant Marketing Degree.

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of marketing experience.

• Hands on experience across multiple marketing channels for a professional services brand.

• Experience in B2B marketing.

• Experience in managing multi-faceted campaigns.

• In-depth analytical ability and dashboarding capabilities.

• Strong understanding of the financial services industry.

• Proven ability to working across a variety of geographies, in particular the UK and EU.

• Has 2 to 3 years management experience.

• Proven communication and project management skills.

• A team player able to effectively own key marketing activities and deal with top management.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Creative and proactive.

• An interest in banking and insurance.

• A strong understanding of the media landscape that is applicable for our target audience.

As a Marketing Manager at Monocle your main tasks and responsibilities will include supporting the marketing team to:

 

 

• Partner the marketing lead in developing plans and execute against the marketing strategy.

• Autonomously manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Oversee the execution across a range of marketing mediums.

• Take business imperatives and translate them into marketing objectives and plans.

• Partner our internal stakeholders to build our marketing strategies through competitor research, platform knowledge, benchmarking, messaging, and target audience identification.

• Oversee the day-to-day content and engagement of our owned marketing channels to continuously improve our presence, develop our brand and grow our audience.

• Formulate insights and improvements based off key marketing and business objectives (ROI and KPIs).

• Identify trends and insights while optimising spend and performance based on research and insights.

• Develop new and creative approaches and campaigns.

• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and social media best practices.

• Build Monocles market presence, amplifying the message as an employee of choice and preferred execution partner to our clients
